I just want to beat Mike to the punch with a comment about kneepads too.
Just don't forget that it's 4 vas per beat. va va va va. Try slowing it down, and then bringing it back up to tempo once you sound like a chain with vibrato.
On behalf of a 1992 incident at south carolina... May I suggest a mouth protector of some sort?
